Award-winning M&D Group: Three awards at the Piscine Castiglione Convention

On February 26th, we were at BTM in Bari, where Bruno Maggi, together with Apulia Faber, participated in the panel:
“The network as an innovative model for tourism development in Puglia: professionals united by values and vision”.
The topics addressed by Bruno during his speech were linked to the notions presented by the previous speakers, which focused on the importance of foreign tourist interest in our territories, including the rediscovery of our typical structures such as trulli and masserie. In light of this particular tourist flow, which increasingly bases its search on experiential stays, an emphasis was placed on how important it is to enhance these residences, often intended for the hospitality sector, with the installation of swimming pools and wellness centers, which we can create even in small spaces, and the need to contextualize the works in these environments while preserving their authenticity. Bruno also wanted to share a reflection on extra-hotel facilities which, by creating these works and thus making the offer more attractive to visitors, could lead to a sufficient deseasonalization process to cover the investment made.
“With Apulia Faber, we are demonstrating that networking is not just a slogan, but a concrete model capable of transforming the hospitality-related real estate market in Puglia. Professionals and entrepreneurs united by an essential value: ethics.” - Bruno Maggi
